About a month ago I cashed in some of my Discover Cashback money to get an e-certificate for Lululemon – I am a big fan of their leggings, and they have a style I like that has pockets – I had the shorts and capris already, but wanted to get full length ones for when it’s cold out.
I ordered my pair online, and after tracking the shipping, it was “delivered” by FedEx to my front door (most of the time FedEx just puts stuff in my mailbox). So, I looked around the house, went down to the mailbox, and no leggings. I looked around my neighbor’s house too and didn’t find them.
So, I called Lululemon and they said they’d send me another pair. Since I wasn’t sure what happened at my house with the leggings, I told them send it to the store instead, and I would just pick them up there. I got the tracking number and saw that they had been shipped. They got to Memphis as of Nov 11 (today is the 26th), and there have been no more updates on them since!
So, I called Lululemon, again, around the 4th day the leggings still hadn’t left Memphis. This time the person helping me said they’d send them FedEx Priority, so I had them send them to the house. To top it off, she also gave me a $20 gift certificate for my troubles! I finally got the leggings last week, and they were delivered to the front door!
The other day I went for a walk around the neighborhood, and when I was coming home I saw a catalog lying by the side of the road. It was addressed to me, and it was rain soaked. So, that makes me think somebody saw the FedEx guy put my stuff in the mailbox and they came by and just took everything out of the mailbox and threw away what they didn’t want. Ugh.
But anyway, I got my leggings and a $20 certificate so I’m happy!
