Saw these guys ‘busking’ outside of the Guggenheim in Bilbao. The number of them ranged from 2 to 4. They brought me so much joy! Wish I had thought to video them when there was 4 of them. Oh well, I’ll have to go back!

Breakfast on our last day in Santiago de Compostela offially ended our REI Trip, although it wasn’t a group breakfast – just breakfast at the hotel whenever you made it there.
Cilla and I had breakfast, packed up, had the lobby hold our suitcases, and went out walking around.

So, now it is 4/25/19. Somehow I got talked into getting up for a 7am run, so Cilla and I got up and did a loop along the top of the Lugo wall. Here are some photos. UPDATE: You may notice there there is no post for REI Day 1. We met in our hotel lobby in Bilbao at 5:30pm for introductions and then had a tour of the city followed by dinner. I didn’t take many photos on the tour since I had already taken so many the previous couple of days. So, there is no post for REI Day 1. And I renamed the posts again. Hopefully they make more sense! OK, we are now in Llanes (pronounced “yahness”). We have good internet here. We hiked 9.12 miles today including today’s hike plus incidental walks. Needless to say I’m tired, and had a great meal and drinks and now somewhat buzzed as well.

OK! Had a big day today – went to the Guggenheim Museoa, and walked all around Bilbao – 11.2 miles worth!
Unfortunately, I think a million more (or perhaps a hundred more) people checked into our hotel today and the internet is r-e-a-l-l-y slow. Which means, it is taking forever to upload the 10 million photos I took today. And, it’s getting late. And I have to get up early tomorrow for the Tour.
