Yesterday I went on a hike with a different cousin – Beanie. I’m staying with her in Half Moon Bay and we went for a hike at Devil’s Slide which is near her house.
Here are some very beautiful photos. The out and back hike is 1.3 miles each way. The ‘trail’ is the old road which is now closed, replaced by two tunnels. The road experienced several landslides over the years which caused it to be closed many times, so eventually 2 tunnels were built to avoid the landslide problem.
