Sadly, I checked out of Miraval this morning, and now I am sitting in my hotel room in Truth or Consequences NM. It’s nice, but boy is it old school! You use an actual key to get in your room!
I had a private session yesterday called ‘Reflection to Transformation.’ It is based on a ‘self-discovery’ technique developed by Carl Jung. And it uses figurines that you place in a sand tray. I don’t want to say too much about it, but, there were HUNDREDS of figurines. And it was a very enlightening session. I’m really glad I did it. And Kenn met the woman who led the session. She enjoyed meeting him!
And yesterday I also had a Facial, and a Massage, and also took a class about applying makeup (I still have no talent in this department).
Today I did a really interesting session called ‘Spiritual Journey to Your Higher Power.’ It was really “oo-weee-oooo.” Again, I don’t want to say too much. Just suffice it to say that the trip to Miraval was life-changing and I can’t wait to go back!
So, I wrote this a couple days ago and was too tired to add any more. As I read it now, I think that’s enough for this post. Next one will detail my drive to Truth or Consequences NM and on to Santa Fe!
