Okay, I warn you now that there are a TON of photos in this post. I probably won’t write much because I think the pictures say it all! Enjoy! Jay took me on a little day trip up to Crater Lake OR. I’d never been there before and it was absolutely stunning!
Okay, here we go with the photos:
Took this one through the windshield while we were on our way there
This is a model of Crater Lake (I know you knew that)
They had a lot of signs explaining how it was formed, how much water it holds, the color of the water and a bunch more really interesting facts!
The Lodge at Crater Lake – pretty cool! Kind of reminded me of the one in the movie “The Shining”
We had a picnic lunch with us so this was our spot to hang out and eat.

I didn’t realize it but you can drive around the entire perimeter of Crater Lake, so that’s what we did next
Once we did the trip around, we stopped in the gift shop and looked around and then started to head home.
Made a stop at Rogue Gorge on the way!
