Catching Up and Another Miracle

Once I arrived in Carmel I found a few workshops that I was interested in, starting with some at Pilgrim’s Way Community Bookstore and Secret Garden https://www.pilgrimsway.com/.  Consider this local bookstore if you’re looking to get a book – they have an extensive website and can order books for you.  Plus they’re just a cool little store!

I had to look back at my calendar – looks like my first workshop there was a Psychic Circle on June 22, 2022.  It was quite an amazing reading and it’s where I met Kristin White, the psychic reader.  Over the past months I’ve had other readings with Kristen, both in a psychic circle and privately, and I’ve gotten to know her as a friend.

I was talking to her one day saying I felt I needed something ‘more’ as far as my spiritual healing journey was going.  I had (and honestly still have) been feeling a little ‘stuck,’ or plateauing anyway, like there are more steps I can take to further my journey.  She suggested I see Danny Hull, a medical Qi Gong specialist http://www.acupuncturemontereybay.com/practitioners/danny-hull-medical-qi-gong/.

So, I made an appointment with Danny.  I had heard that some of his manipulations are a bit ‘out there’ so I was ready for pretty much anything.  And that is exactly what I got!  But, it was a great experience and I’ve been seeing him on a somewhat regular basis.

When I initially checked out his website I noticed that he was also a musician.  So, on my second trip to visit him, I asked him about it.  He had his cell phone in the room and said, “Siri, play —–.”  I wasn’t really paying attention to what he said, but then all of a sudden this song came on.  It was one of my FAVORITE SONGS OF ALL TIME from the 70’s.  In fact, I had to search long and hard to find the two albums from this band back in the day when I was in college.

Here is a YouTube link (you’ll have to sit through an ad) to “Funky on my Back” by Cold Blood: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5jDO9MNlHho

Danny wrote the song and lyrics and played sax and flute on the song!!!!  I couldn’t believe I met him and he couldn’t believe I knew the song (and about Cold Blood)!  A later incarnation of Cold Blood even played at the Kennett Flash in PA a few years ago and I went, brought both of my albums, and had Lydia Pense (lead singer) sign both of them.

What are the odds???

Anyway, his life journey has been very interesting to say the least and I feel very lucky to have met him (feels like we were supposed to meet, honestly).

What a wild ride!

Anyway, I hope to write another post soon.  Talk soon (hopefully) !
